Extended, Full and Full Plus Service
Extended Service
- Lifts listed in the contract are fully serviced (cleaning, lubrication, safety checks*, inspections and technical tests according to effective regulations) during working hours
- Necessary auxiliary material, detergents and lubricants are supplied automatically, included in service price and ensure environmental protection
- When fixing a lift, material and work are charged separately
- Basic service is carried out in 6 hours since fault reporting in working hours 8 AM – 4 PM
- Nonstop control centre service 24 hours a day
Full Service
- Lifts listed in the contract are fully serviced (cleaning, lubrication, safety checks*, inspections and technical tests according to effective regulations) during working hours
- Necessary auxiliary material, detergents and lubricants are supplied automatically, included in service price and ensure environmental protection
- Full service includes 1 hours of fixing common operational faults 24 hours a day
- Full service price includes one hour of work, transportation to the location of the lift and auxiliary material. After reporting an operational fault, service workers will fix the fault in 4 hours.
- Nonstop control centre service 24 hours a day.
Full Service Plus
- Lifts listed in the contract are fully serviced (cleaning, lubrication, safety checks*, inspections and technical tests according to effective regulations) during working hours
- Necessary auxiliary material, detergents and lubricants are supplied automatically, included in service price and ensure environmental protection
- Full service includes unlimited time spent fixing common operational faults 24 hours a day (without more demanding repairs and overhauls)
- Full service includes unlimited work, transportation and auxiliary material
- Full service is carried out nonstop 24 hours a day
- After reporting an operational fault, service workers will fix the fault in 2 hours.
- Nonstop control centre service 24 hours a day.
With a service contract that includes extricating people from the lift, servicing is supposed to be carried out in 30 minutes after a fault reporting
* Cleaning, lubricating, safety inspections including basic adjustment are carried out during prescribed inspections by ČSN and between these inspections
